So this project only costs me under a dollar to make. I only had to buy a poster board and I already had a ton of crayons and a can of soda.
I taped two crayons onto a can of soda and then made a “path” weaving around the board going into the middle. After which I took a My Little Pony and measured out spaces from start to finish. They are pretty big and roomy and can fit many different “pawn” pieces from mega bloks and other toys we have.
Then my daughters and I just randomly colored in the path whatever colored squares. I filled in the grassy areas with some green color.
We have a few large dice that we then used to play for our first game. All in all, its a fun little game for us to play and work on colors, counting, and so much more!
