Today I used the rest of the pie crusts I made with the girls the other day. I left the choice between mini pies or one large pie up to Olivia. She obviously wanted the baby pies.
My husband actually rolled out the dough for us and I scooped out the filling. Abigail kept trying to eat the uncooked dough and wasn’t at all happy that I would not let her.
I cut out the little strips for the top and Olivia helped me place them.
I baked them according to the directions on the can of pie filling. It was a pretty nice desert even if it turned into a cherry cobbler when my husband tried to get them out 🙂
