I made this for a late lunch / early superbowl snack. I tried holding off on making it but I just kept thinking about how tasty it is and had to make it!
Its super easy and only has three ingredients: a can of black beans (rinse them), a can of diced tomatoes, and a jar of the cheddar cheese pasta sauce. I do the later because its like half the cost of some of the taco cheese dips. I cook it all together on low and serve with Tostitos.
The girls just love it. A touch of taco sauce can give it more taste but the girls prefer it pretty plain. Since its a great way for them to get beans in their diet, I make it however they like.
I love it either way.
